President Obama's Immigration Action 

 

Border Security - Enforcement of deportation of criminals and felons.  

 

Deferred Action for Parents -Qualifications - Parent of US citizen of lawful permanent resident child on November 20, 2014 Continuously resided in US since January 1,2010 to present Child can be minor, adult, single or married. Physically present in US on November,20, 2014. Has not been convicted of felony, significant misdemeanor or multiple misdemeanor offenses, can demonstrate you deserve a grant of deferred action. 

 

No Applications Accepted Until May 2015 Fee: $465.00.

 

Expansion of Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Qualifications - Arrived in US under 16 years of age. Continuously resided in US from January 1, 2010 to present Physically present in US on June 15, 2012 at time of filing application, did not have lawful status on June 15, 2012. Currently enrolled in school, high school graduation or GED, honorably discharged veteran Armed Forces. No convictions of a felony, significant or multiple misdemeanors no threat to security or public safety. At least 15 years of age (may be younger if in removal proceedings) 

 

No Applications Accepted Until February 2015 Fee: $465.00. Documents needed:

 

Proof of Identity, Proof of Family Relationship, Arrest Records (if applicable) Presence in US.
